Anthony J. Sunseri
Anthony is an invesment advisor with over 20 years experience in the financial/investment planning arena and is responsible for the design and implementation of investment portfolios for our clients. He attended Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA for his B.S. in Business & Administration and M.A. in Communications. He also attended Drake University in Des Moines, IA and received his MBA as well as Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI for a Juris Doctor degree. Anthony is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) as well as a licensed attorney. He has worked in various financial/investment planning firms throughout the Pittsburgh region, before joining Elder Law Management in 2017.
Mary F. Stanek, AIF®
Mary is the Chief Investment Officer for Elm Capital Management. She is responsible for the operation and management of the Company. In her role, she develops and communicates investment strategy and policies, contributes to business strategy, as well as conducts portfolio management and research activities. She has more than 28 years of trust and investment/portfolio management experience. Prior to working for this firm, Mary was Vice President and Portfolio Manager for West Chester Capital Advisors, Inc., which is a registered investment advisory firm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ameriserv Financial Bank® located in Johnstown, PA. She began her career at Portage National Bank and Trust Company as a Trust Operations Specialist. Mary is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary designee. She also completed H&R Block tax preparation classes. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science and two minors in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
Kenneth E. Summit
Ken practices with both our investment advisory and tax groups. Ken came to Elder Law with a diverse business background, having worked in industry as an audit manager with Westinghouse and Allegheny Technologies, the CPA firm of KPMG and as a controller for Rome Metals. Ken is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh having majored in accounting, business and economics and has obtained a number of professional designations including Certified Public Accountant, Fraud Examiner and Internal Auditor.
G. Scott Sweeney
Scott is a graduate of Edinboro University and has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry having worked for Equitable and Prudential Financial Services before joining Elder Law in 2001. He is an Investment Advisor Representative.
Dustin is an Investment Advisor and is a licensed banker having last worked with Citizens Bank. He also worked as an income maintenance officer with the PA Department of Human Services overseeing Medicaid applications and as finance director for EUSGA, INC. He is a graduate of Edinboro University with a degree in financial services and California University with a degree in jurisprudence. He holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 security licenses and is a notary public.
Ronald S. Jones
Ron is the Chairman of Elder Law Management and it's General Counsel. In addition to his practice as an Attorney, he is a registered Investment Advisor Representative . See Bio below.
ACCOUNTING & TAX
Joseph M. Beck
Joe is an accounting graduate of Robert Morris University. He serves as Elder Law Management's Controller and manages the income tax practice, which includes planning and compliance for individuals, corporations, trusts and other business entities. He is a principal in the firm.
David is a member and works with Elder Law Management's Tax and Estates Group. He has previously worked for the CPA firms of Hebb and Company and McGrath and Associates. He has also worked for H&R Block as a Tax Preparer and as an instructor at the Computer Science Institute. David is an enrolled agent of the I.R.S. and is currently studying for his securities license in order to work with Elder Law's Investment Advisory Group. David has both a Masters and a Doctorate in Business Administration.
Kim is a graduate of Penn State University and manages Elder Law's Pension Planning Group. With over 25 years of experience, she is responsible for pension administration and design of employer and individual plans. Her staff also serves as the Human Resource Department for companies without such resources.
Reanna L. Kosmar
Reanna is an accounting graduate of Robert Morris University and is a senior tax accountant. In addition to income tax compliance for our clients, she is the lead person responsible for federal and state inheritance tax matters, including any related probate matters. Her work is essential in the distribution of estates from one generation to the next.

Ronald S Jones
Ron is a graduate of Duquesne University and New York University School of Law. He holds both a law and a Masters degree in taxation. He also attended the accounting certificate program at Northwestern University and is an adjunct professor at Penn State University. He began his career in Chicago as a tax lawyer for Marathon Oil and United States Steel. He returned to Pittsburgh to work for the law firm of Klett Rooney in their Tax and Estates Group (currently Buchanan Ingersoll Rooney). He specializes in Estate and Tax Planning for individuals and businesses, and has authored various tax and business articles for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
Margaret S. Hilton
Margaret S. Hilton is our newest lawyer having previously worked at the Pittsburgh based law firms of McCann, Garland, Ridall & Burke, the Roseman Law Firm and Ruppert Manes Narahari. She concentrates her practice in probate court litigation and estate and trust administration. Margaret graduated from Mercyhurst University with a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude and from the Duquesne University School of Law. While attending law school Margaret served as a student attorney in the Wills and Advance Directives Clinic and as an Intern in the Public Defender's Office. Margaret played Division II Women's Soccer and continues to play with the Allegheny County Bar Association Team.
Jeremy graduated with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Kelly School of Business, and a Law Degree from the Maurer School of Law, of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. He has worked as a law clerk in the prosecutor's office in Greene County, Indiana and in the Civil Litigation Department with the Indiana State Attorney General's office. Jeremy also has a distinguished service career as an officer (Captain and Major) in the Armed Services (Army), having been stationed in Kandahar, Afghanistan, and is still a member of the local reserves. We are proud to have Jeremy working in our Litigation and Business Planning Groups.
Richard (Mark) Mogerman
Mark manages the firm’s practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, concentrating his practice in Estate, Trust, Probate Litigation and Real Estate Law. He has most recently served as General Counsel to Grand Prix Raceway and the Six Flags Entertainment Group in Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, migrating to Florida after law school.
William C. Pell
Bill is the manager of our Morgantown, West Virginia Office having joined the firm in 1992. He has more than 35 years experience in the financial services industry, having worked for the Equitable and Guardian Life Insurance Companies. He attained his certified financial and estate planning certificates through the American College.
Penny S. Mahoney
Penny is our senior paralegal responsible for overseeing the preparation of the firm’s estate plans for its clients, including asset and real estate transfers. She also oversees the paralegal team in the delivery of client services and is our office manager. She is a graduate of the Bradford School of Business and is a commissioned notary public.
Chelsea has worked in our estate-planning group since her graduation from the Bradford School of Business. She is an important communication bridge between attorney and client regarding Estate and Trust Administration and in the pressurized area of Medicaid Planning where she interfaces with the County Assistance Offices. Her experience and training enable her to offer a friendly, helpful voice to assist clients with a wide range of questions and concerns
Diana L. Deer
Diana is a graduate of Indiana University and is responsible for firm marketing and communications. She also serves as the contributing editor of Elder Law Management's quarterly newsletter, i.e., "Elder Law News & Report".
Mark Faynor Jr.
Mark is a paralegal working with both our estate planning and advisory groups and is often the first person you will speak to when contacting our office. He is a graduate of Point Park University having received his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Intelligence and Global Security.
